The new EU General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) came into force from 25th May 2018.
We, at Donovan Printing Ltd, want to assure our customers, suppliers and contacts that we are handling, and will continue to handle your data professionally, securely and in accordance with the new regulations.
We currently hold the following information for our customers and suppliers: Business Name, Address, E-Mail, Telephone & Fax Numbers, Account contact name(s) We use this information to forward to you Invoices, Credit Notes, Statements and General Sales Related Information regarding our products & services.
We do not sell your data, pass on to any third party any of your details except where we need to use this data to process agreed credit card transactions with a secure credit card service provider (currently Realex). We do not hold any Credit Card information.
Our systems have security protocols in place to ensure the safety of your data. Hard copy information such as printed orders and POD’s are shredded on a 6/9 monthly basis. By law we are required to keep a record of financial transactions for a period of 6 years, thereafter, we delete the details of these transactions. Customer accounts that remain inactive for a period of 6 years are deleted if there is no opportunity of new business.
